David Burrows, owner and director of Toowoomba Bearings & Hydraulics, has over 30 years experience in the bearings industry. Dave's passion is to provide unsurpassed customer service and to build his business to be an industry leader. This passion is shared by the entire staff.

In Dave's spare time (?!) he loves spending time with his family, watching the footy and indulging in a well-deserved beer.

Anyone who has been into TBH will know Macca. He has been the Purchasing Manager for many years, originally starting out as an IT consultant before coming on board full-time. He can answer most questions, although a customer asking where she could buy a guinea pig threw him for a minute!

Macca loves the staff at TBH - they really are just one big family. He still keeps his hand in with IT - playing with anything computer-related fills his spare time.

Phil is our Hydraulics Manager and has worked in the hydraulic industry for over 23 years. He enjoys working with customers, identifying their needs, and sourcing solutions in a timely manner, to achieve a satisfactory result for them.

In his spare time, he likes to work on any landscaping projects that arise on his acreage property.

Peter is our highly accomplished Operations Manager with over 20 years experience in sales, operations and manufacturing of Hydraulic machinery. He is also proficient in technical sales to the construction and mining industries.

Away from work, Pete enjoys time with his grandkids and tinkering in his shed at home. Being a qualified mechanic and business owner for over 14 years, he's always having the kids cars to fix!

Karen is a great 'people person' and as HR Manager and Customer Service Specialist she loves giving everyone who walks through the door the best possible experience.

Karen enjoys working alongside Dave and has seen the business grow with a great team of people. Spending time with friends and keeping fit fill in any spare time that Karen finds in her busy days!

Keith is our Counter Sales Specialist, utilising his great customer service skills and calling on his impressive 30+ years automotive industry background. He's trade qualified and experienced in hydraulics, bearings, and mechanical components

In his spare time, Keith enjoys motor bike riding, model trains, and renovating his home. Although he prefers cricket to football, he's really a 'diehard' Motor GP fan!

Karen #3 is our Stores & Warehousing 'extraordinaire', who's a bit of a house person out of work, as she loves spending time gardening and bringing old furniture back to life.

At work, she is driven to find solutions to anyone's needs and delivers a great result. Happy to say hello to anyone, Karen will always do it with a smile!

Campbell is our Accounts Administrator, and your contact for anything to do with Receivables & Payables. He's quite versatile and can lend his hand to just about anything we do here at TBH.

He likes building websites, spending time with family & friends, and is known to like a good joke, but watch out if he's chasing you to pay your Account!

Chris is our 1800 Hose Van Technician providing hydraulic hose services to our clients throughout Toowoomba and surrounds.

He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience that expands our capabilities servicing all your Hydraulic needs.

Bob is our Machinist based in our Hydraulic workshop providing hydraulic hose services, cylinder repairs, and machining.

He's also known to help us out in the 1800 Hose Van when we need a hand.
